  • Chief Wind Down Officer- Mosler, Inc. - sold all operating divisions in 5 separate sale transactions for the benefit of the secured lending group.

  • CFO of Burnham Services Corp- a third party logistics, warehousing and transportation company-$125 million revenues (Private equity ownership).

  • CFO Burnham Canada- a separate transportation company in Toronto Canada with $50 million revenues (Private equity ownership).

  • VP Operations- Chiquita Brands International- Responsible for over $1.0 billion of operating costs in the growing regions of the banana producing operations throughout Latin America (SEC Registrant).
